Our leases are 12 months in length, generally from May to April of each year.
We accept certified service animals and emotional support animals. Documentation and up-to-date vet records must be supplied to the management team with your application.
We offer availability for both furnished and unfurnished units.
We're only a 10-minute walk from Queen's University.
We provide underground parking for an additional fee. Please contact our office for pricing.
Residents are responsible for utilities, such as gas, water, and electricity within their unit. Bell Fibre internet are included in the monthly rent amount.
Foundry Mack is purpose-built student community for students at Queen’s University, St. Lawrence College, and Royal Military College. If you are not a student, we do not recommend living with us.
Personal contents are not covered under our lease agreements. All residents are required to purchase tenant’s insurance and provide proof to our office prior to move-in. We recommend Apollo Insurance for coverage – click here to get started.
